disable windows defender and windows firewall and download malware and run it in startup of windows and get the the reverse shell as admin all of that in one exe file tested on windows 10 (32 and 64 bits)
you will need to edit Disable-winDefender-payload.bat and add your malware link
then download bat Batch-To-Exe-Converter
from here

then open the bat file in it and make check on (UAC) Request administrator privileges
then click convert then inject it in any programe then use small social engineering then you have it :)
