Target missing

Hi,

It's a great plain editor, I like it because of its plainness.

But can you add a "target" option when you insert a link, because now the page always opens in the same window.

Unfortunately, execCommand API -- used in Cazary when create link -- doesn't support target property.
When Cazary supports target, it's needed to be implemented without using execCommand. So code might be complex (since IE8 doesn't support surroundContents, I'll have to implement by own efforts...)

But, surroundContents-like function might be useful. I'll try to implement!
