Please, add language: RASEL

Hello. I love golfing and sometimes golfing in esoteric languages.

I see your website already has some: Befunge 93, 98, Brainfuck, ><>, Unlmabda, Malbolge, CLC-INTERCAL and maybe more.
I would love to see my language -- RASEL -- to be added too.

It is implemented in Ruby (tested on 2.3-3.0, jruby). It is pushed to rubygems.org also you can find in .github how to run it from source. I've emailed you 2 months ago, maybe you missed it. I'm available here, in Email and in IRC for help to figure out how to run it.

NOTE: non-zero exit code does not immediately mean it was an error. It just exits with the top value from the stack.
