Dear Morris, Thank you for your report about the bug in calculating rmdup depths. I have pushed a new version to fix this bug and another issue. I very appreciate it. I have add a new flag for low mapping quality reads and change the way to measure mapq threshold (greater than -> greater/equal). Feel free to let me know if you have any further problem or issue about bamdst. Thanks. Quan |

This PR makes the code match the documentation with respect to excluding low quality reads from the rmdup depth calculations.
