#480 (comment) の件で、
openssl コマンドのパスのチェックに、
AC_PATH_PROGS(OPENSSL_PATH, openssl) を使うようにしたものです。

ただ、動作チェックのために、./DIST gen からやり直しが必要になるので、
前の方が身軽だったような気もします。。。

確かに＞DISTからやり直し
ただ、whichに頼るのもちょっと不安ではあるんですよね。configure時にパスを確定してそれを確実に使う方が安心ではあります。
ひとまずいただいて、色々試してみます。
