Build examples

It would be fantastic to have a bunch of examples using theme-it with different UI frameworks and libraries. The process is as follows:

• Create an example in your favourite browser JS editor (JSFiddle, CodeSandbox, etc.)
• When you have completed it, add the link to the README under an Examples header, stating which framework or library it is, or just what the example actually does.
• update the allcontributorsrc with your name and contribution type. npm run contributors:add -- yourusername
• generate the allcontributorsrc if its been updated npm run contributors:generate
• Raise a PR with your changes.

Some examples I would love to see:

• Vue
• React
• Angular
• HyperApp

Don't be afraid to create an example with something I haven't mentioned. Just make sure you comment below saying what you are working on, so you don't step on other peoples toes. Thanks!
