Podcast: create a podcast page

We will show interview with frontend dev and designers on this page.
The page will have list of cards like in courses. Each card with have a podcast title and description text. On click of a card, open that specific podcast page. Podcast page will have title at top, then a video box and then description of the podcast. Simple page. Also add comment section at bottom

The page is ready. Need to redesign it to show card instead a strip for each podcast

Is the design ready, or shall I proceed with creating grid kind of layout

Here is a rough sketch of the page:

• Show cards like in the city page
• Add route /podcasts and show a button "Podcasts" in home page on the right side bar
• List of podcast will be fetch from a new api call https://frontend-social-api.herokuapp.com/podcast . Creation of this api is another issue: Podcast: CRUD methods frontend-social-api#166
• Search functionality is part of another issue: Podcast: add ability to search and filter podcast list #503
• The card shows title and description of the podcast
• No click event on the card. User can click on the Explore button to go to the podcast page
• Star rating on the card is read only. But user can click on it to add their own rating and comment. This is part of another issue: Podcast: User can add star rating and comment #504

Let me proceed with creating this page and check with creation of api if noone has done this... By today day end I'll try to finish the front end part of this page.

i hope the PR is fine.

One thing that I recognized:
When having a fixed height for the cards the description needs to be limited by it's length somehow in my opinion.
