No large changes, but some changes to the typesetting. `@var` is only intended for use to mark up *meta*-variables. So I replaced it with `@code` in some places where it was applied to SHOP logical variables.
Some of these were not handled properly in the translation from Microsoft Word.
Put "General Notes on Shop3" ahead of "Internal Technical Information."
