I unzipped the file and ran the launcher.exe. I was excited to finally get around my issues with playing Cities Skylines, but upon pressing "play" on steam; the Toontown Rewritten launcher opened. While this is a hilarious issue, I still cant open Cities Skylines and I don't know how this happened please help
