Place Of Service Codes For Professional Claims (1021863) folder (present as leaf icon) - 48 children are missing in the ontology table and the test 01 UI.

The place of service codes are groupers. There weren't any billable codes ib CPT_Places_ofSevice_codes_Missing.xlsx so they were pruned

Checked in Test 01 V4.0_RC1_CPT4: for the missing codes from my spreadsheet and are PRESENT. This issue can be closed.
