Hi!

When trying to export a heightfield with the Terrain Mesh ROP with adaptive density enabled, the topology of the final mesh looks like in the attached image.
This even happens with an empty heightfield without any noise.
To reproduce, one can drop a heightfield and connect a Terrain Mesh ROP, enable "Adaptive Density" and set "Num Density Levels" to something higher than 1.

Edit: Tried with H16.5 and 17.5 with different versions from different branches of the toolset.
