simple-translate doesn't work if emojis are present in the sentence #90

This has to be a change on Google's side because a few weeks ago it was working. It is kinda annoying because if you have to translate a text and there is 1 or more emojis s-t won't work. Either strip the emojis from the translation or just display unicode ones (like before). FF 60.0.1, Lubuntu 16.04.3, Simple-Translate 1.7.3.

As March 2019 this issue is fixed.
