This is an old project made when XMMS was the media player to use.

Dual spectogram will show a small size window about the same width as XMMS itself with one spectrogram per stereo channel.

Now days XMMS is a dead project and not included in modern distributions. So is this project.

There are problems running XMMS on Xorg, XMMS crashing with Gdk-ERROR **: BadMatch using this plugin (at least that what happen when i tried get it working). Work around is to run XMMS as ‘XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1 xmms’, debian bug 318093.
