Bug description

Earpiece speaker outputs max volume after answering call

Steps to reproduce

• Receive incoming Signal voice call
• Answer voice call
• Listen to speaker

Actual result:
Earpiece speaker increases volume to maximum (and may be possibly actually changing to output to speakerphone setting without warning) for approx. 1-2 seconds, before volume reduces to a normal level

Expected result:
Earpiece speaker should maintain uniform volume.
