Signal App from the Microsoft Store

Good morning,

I've had a lot of friends start to use Signal on their IOS, Windows 10, and Android. Two complaints they all seem to have is: the update process for the windows version; the processing time when first opening after an update.

For the former, can/when/will the Signal app eventually make its way into the Windows Store? The main reason I ask, those apps just update in the background and likely overnight. This would remove the annoyance of seeing the update and then restarting the app.

For the latter, are there improvements coming to the app to stop the processing/loading taking forever after updates? Sometimes I have to wait over a minute or two which is just too long. Others are complaining as well.
