Using APT source
deb [arch=amd64] https://updates.signal.org/desktop/apt xenial main

No Changelog available

Steps to Reproduce

1. open Linux shell
2. enter "apt-get changelog signal-desktop"
3. check for changelog

Actual Result:

E: Failed to fetch changelog:/signal-desktop.changelog Changelog unavailable for signal-desktop=1.38.2

Expected Result:

Changelog

I'd add that I can't find a changelog... even from the repository.

Changelogs are on the release page https://github.com/signalapp/Signal-Desktop/releases or in the forum, in the beta feedback topics.

If you want more details, you'd have to look at the commits directly.
