Bug description
Describe here the issue that you are experiencing.
My phone was online all the time today, but did not receive messages. At home i started the desktop app and saw a message that had been sent "5 hours ago". Answering this message caused the message to appear on the phone. It had not been there until then.
Steps to reproduce
using hyphens as bullet points
list the steps
that reproduce the bug
Actual result: Describe here what happens after you run the steps above (i.e. the buggy behaviour)
Messages only show up when the phone is in the same network as a desktop / laptop with Signal App up and running.
Expected result: Describe here what should happen after you run the steps above (i.e. what would be the correct behaviour)
Phone should receive and show messages immediately and independent from the desktop app.
