Allow the user to bookmark specific pages.

We can add a bookmark icon in the top right.

when there are no docs bookmarked: https://icons.getbootstrap.com/icons/bookmarks/
when there are docs bookmarked: https://icons.getbootstrap.com/icons/bookmarks-fill/
