mobile optimization

hello
im in the process of making a mobile version for my site but running into a small issue

the desktop version is very simple and straight forward so all the webpages are flat with no scrolling, but for the mobile version i need the pages to be deeper to fit everything, but as of right now the mobile version just cuts off and doesnt allow scrolling. How can i add this? i tried resizing containers but that didnt do anything.

On the preview it shows a scroll bar like there should be more area for me to see, but doesnt let me move down the page.
