Untranslated stuff

Hello,
I'm using EO for a quite bit of time. I noticed some untranslated stuff here ant there. Most of them are settings descriptions, though.

The construction and development records are not translated at all. I don't really know how to use them (well, aside from clicking randomly).

Those will be fixed in the next release.

Most of the issue has been addressed.

Though, for ship and equipment encyclopedia, I'm not planning to translate the Japanese text (especially those placed beside the icons). Translating those might break the design and adding work unnecessarily.

Do you plan to translate the Group Filter Settings or it's not worth it?

Probably, but don't expect it to be fast.
Translating the filter setting is harder than most EO window.
