Descriptions missing for Blog Tree, Blog Holder and Blog Entry page types #42

When creating new blog pages in SS3, none of the page types for this module have a description. The difference between a Blog Tree and Blog Holder would then be more clear to users.

For SilverStripe 3+, descriptions can be shown for each available page type
when pages are created.  This commit adds descriptions for the BlogEntry,
BlogHolder and BlogTree classes, as derived from comments within the code.
