Not sure what these buttons are for, but clicking on them achieves nothing.

Note that I got to this page via a ModelAdmin... When I visit the page "directly" I dont see the buttons at all!

It didn't make it to the 4.2 release however. Is that something we feel would be worthwhile patching in 4.1/4.2?
