When inserting media From the CMS: after selecting a folder from the list (or clicking the name column title), the Name column title changes to a magnifying glass, then clicking on the magnifying glass displays a Filter by name field, entering text into this field and then pressing enter would have the expected result of filtering the listed files to anything with the search string in its name. However the outcome of these steps is no change in the list of files displayed even though it appears to search/filter them.

Questions/comments/issues:

• Is this behaviour expected?
  • If it is, then the filter search needs to be fixed
  • If it is, should there be a more obvious next step, like a filter button to the right of the filter field?
• If it's not the expected behaviour, it needs to be altered
• Why is there an empty column to the left of the Name column?
  • Can this be removed?

Tested this in 3.1, this is no longer a issue.
