This is a patch release which fixes an issue with some UTF-8 to UTF16/UTF32 (haswell, westmere and NEON) whereas a large adversarial malformed input can lead to a few extra bytes being written. I was not able to reduce the issue, but the fix has been manually verified. Credit to @pauldreik for finding the issue.
