Fixes #93

Set num_pyramid_levels = 4, since 6 are a bit much for most cases
Set step_size = 0.25 to minimize folding problems on volumes with a spacing of 1 mm.
Set max_iteration_count = 200 by default.
Lower the energy epsilon a bit.
