The forty-ninth monthly release

There are 1011 feeds in the collection, 16 of which have a known issue (see README for details).

Why the major version bump?

I recently switched from feedly.com to the Feedbro browser extension. Once I exported the feeds from Feedly and imported them into Feedbro, I noticed that a large number of feeds was broken. As it turns out, Feedly will detect changes to feed URLs (when a website changes the path to the feed) and show new feed items as if nothing happened, but when you export the feeds, Feedly will generate an OPML file with the original feed URLs, some of which have in the meantime broken.

I had to manually fix dozens on feed URLs in Feedbro. This means that until now, the OPML file in this repo had a bunch of broken feeds that I wasn’t aware of. This has all been fixed now in version 2. Feedbro’s UI shows when a feed URL breaks, allowing me to fix it immediately. (I can even inspect Feedbro’s network requests in devtools because it’s a browser extension.) See the README for all feeds with known issues.
