We need to write a short proceedings on the series of PRs implemented as part of brainhack global 2020, which were the basis of the 0.11.1 release

I have drafted a short write up for our Brainahack effort for the Brainhack Proceeding submission.
The aim is to have a 2-page, self content report on what we have done during the Brainhack.
It's clearly over 2-page but we have done a lot. I think it's justified...

The proceeding is on my repo: https://github.com/htwangtw/2021_08_Wang_load-confounds
For a rendered version please see here: http://wanghaoting.com/2021_08_Wang_load-confounds/
This proceeding covers the issues from this list

I would like to invite you all to add your names to the current draft through PR to the repo above, and submit any suggestions about the current draft. Of course if you don't want to be included, that's not a problem.

Please add your name (L68), affiliation (L44) and contribution (L93) etc to the report.md

Here are some that I would like to have some help on:

@smeisler - please have a look at the strategies part
@FrancoisPgm - I have a very brief description on the refactoring and please elaborate if need be
@m-w-w - please have a look at the description about the great demo you wrote
@danjgale and @harveyaa - I have included the work on nii-masker please see if you want this to be included - anything is welcomed
@pbellec - Is the result section too long?

I didn't check if there's more specific rules about the repo name etc. so I just put down the time the repo was created.
