Yesterday's 1.30 Hackage tarballs are missing some files, and https://hledger.org/RELEASING.html / https://hledger.org/TESTS.html / CI didn't catch it.

hledger 1.30.1 has been released on Hackage, and a new checkembeddedfiles test has been added to CI.
