Making the mflike versioning more clear

We should clarify the version of mflike included in the SOLikeT (even without too much detail on what the procedure for including different releases); so that users don't go and download other versions or look for the data.

We also need to make clear that the data will be downloaded when mflike is called, this can be included in the example notebook for example.
