Add "we" user and store the relevant data in "home/we" instead of "/root" #22

We're currently still running as the root user, but the current norns image/software stack runs as the we user.

I'm not entirely sure we should do this/if there is much to gain. It will mean it'll take a bit of effort to get everything working under a user. If we're doing this I'd like to do this after the update mechanism (#17) is in place.
One advantage could be that we ensure that the norns software stack can easily be installed on a regular (Linux) machine.
