Modify the module to be compatible with authselect

The plan here is to have a flag that will turn authselect on and off. When it is on the files being created by authselect should be created with a .simp suffix. The simp_authselect module (once created) will then create authselect files whose content will only be include files for the .simp ones being managed within the PAM stack.
