plot_pseudosection: show n_spacing on y-axis

For plotting pseudosections, it would be useful to be able to plot in terms of n-spacing rather than pseudo-depth. I would also suggest that this be the default (we know that pseudosections shouldn't be interpreted, so using n-spacing by default is another indication that this is a plot of data rather than a spatial location)
