Describe the bug(s)

Fix flickering / fail textures in 007 GOLDENEYE's blood in opening (Fail detected in PAL Version)

Plus (suggestions):

  • Add bilinear/linear filter screen option(s) in the emulator to avoid the nearly screen filter.
  • Add deinterlace/deflicker option(s) for nearly futures compilations.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro
  • Version: 10 Pro ((22H2))
  • GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060 6gb (last driver installed)

Additional context

Your emulator is GENIAL, is GREAT, is SIMPLY and is very ACCURATED!
