Add framerate and bitrate to video properties

Both are pretty basic information about a video that should be shown in the properties.
There's also the Artist property, which I don't think should be shown in video properties. It makes a lot of sense for music but I'm not sure if this is used for videos at all.

Seconding this. One of the only modern features that this app is missing.

Having to open a video separately in VLC (or similar) just to check the framerate is unintuitive and an annoyance.
