mCISO - minimal and portable CISO (PSP ISO compressor) based on BOOSTER's source.

Goals of mCISO (continuation of CISO)

• Update LICENSE from GPLv2 to GPLv3
• Clean up license and copyright headers
• Add license and copyright information to program output
• Clean up program output and add helpful information
• Create manual page
• Provide cross-platform binaries for a large variety of targets
