closing the Settings while having the KeyboardShortcuts Recorded focused makes the KeyboardShortcut not work

took me a while to find out why some of my apps weren't showing up when i was toggling the KeyboardShortcut. happens that in my case, when i show the Settings, i don't seem to be able to not get the KeyboardShortcut Recorder highlighted (seems the same issue as #98, but i'm using v1.14.0), then if i close the Settings, the KeyboardShortcuts just doesn't work anymore.
