Add Electro

I've been working this app off and on for about 8 months now. It's a DJ app that downloads song from YouTube and uses the WebAudio API to change things like pitch, eq and gain. It also uses Web RTC features in chromium to let the user choose which audio output to send sound to (cue vs. master). I would love for it to be included in the list.

Sounds like a cool idea, but I think the app itself needs more work.

Some feedback:

• The app icon is blurry on Retina screens.
• When you open the app there's no guidance on what to do next. This is a good inspirational resource: http://emptystat.es/ It should tell the user they need to get the API key and how. SEARCH should be disabled until they do.
• App names on macOS should start with an uppercase.
• The menubar menu is missing a lot. See https://github.com/sindresorhus/caprine/blob/master/menu.js on how to do it correctly.
• On macOS it's called Preferences..., not Settings.
• I would recommending bundling ffmpeg so the user doesn't have to install it manually: Bundling ffmpeg mifi/lossless-cut#3
• The Settings window should have a proper title: Preferences and should not be resizable. It should also be correctly sized to not need scrolling.
• Instead of inconveniencing the user with having to manually getting the YouTube API key (I doubt many would bother doing that), integrate the OAuth flow. Thanks for the great feedback! Funny, I was actually was looking at lossless-cut right after making the PR and thinking I bet I could figure out how to bundle ffmpeg by looking at that.

I'll keep hacking at it and try again in a few months.
