After closer inspection, it seems that necolas/normalize.css and csstools/normalize.css diverged about this in v7. I'm not quite sure why, but it seems that the removed rules haven't made it to the opinionated.css file in the csstools fork. I'll close this issue for now, as the reason behind removing these rules is possibly that they were opinionated. |
