You might want to also mention that it hides results for packages that contain the package name without having exactly the same name, since this makes it easier to see if the specific name is taken. |

My first question when I saw @sindresorhus tweet about this today was "why wouldn't I just use npm search"? I added a light sprinkling of documentation that explains why.
