TBH, I'm a little uncomfortable for the user profile navigation bar look like after using the extension. I wonder did the user profile navigation bar item separate deliberately?

I remember the navigator wasn't broken before GitHub new feature Projects injected, can we have an approach to recover this ?

Seems like duplicated with #1757
