How would I do something like "require 2 props or this 1 other prop"?

I have a situation where I want to define a type that either has 2 required props OR 1 other required prop. Like the object must define cloudName & publicId OR url, but not just one of cloudName or publicId.

Are there enough utility props present to do this?

Never mind! I think the one I'm looking for is MergeExclusive.
