I only use RedHat vms when hacking work stuff, so this may be a lot simpler than issue #8 (SUSE).
There are two flavours of RedHat-derrived OSes

CentOS 7 doesn't seem to have dnf, and so I'll need to fix is_redhat7 to work on it.
