I want to fold in the bootstrap from hax-vm so that it sets up my environment for SUSE, similar to Cowboy's ubuntu init

I don't know if Ansible is a solution I want to use, or continue to roll-my-own like with hax-vm

will continue with dotfiles / hax-vm style init for this milestone.

Ansible would be better. In fact I am thinking very hard about switching tack with the Init step entirely, and there may be other dotfiles schemes that are better for me than Cowboy's as well.

But in the mean-time, this approach at least works now.
