Querying PanDrugs with AURKB returns MIDOSTAURIN as a FDA-approved direct target. Source is TTD database. Unfortunately not able to validate the link based on TTD nor dgidb.

Thank you for you report. The AURKB - MODOSTAURIN association is no longer in DGIdb (which took it from TTD). In the next update of pandrugs we will remove it
