Fixer.io example no longer works

Got this error message from fixer.io when trying to run

This API endpoint is deprecated and has now been shut down. 
To keep using the Fixer API, please update your integration

@b3ross I'm going to re-open this as I think it was closed prematurely. We're about to pull https://github.com/dmosorast/tap-exchangeratesapi into the singer-io org. After that, we should change the docs here to point to that repo instead.

Think you could do something like that?
