Import as a General Project in eclipse.
Fookart.sql file is the backup of the database used by Web Application. Restore file to your local MySQL database. Connection urls might be different. Change Database username, password and connection url in TableData.java class accordingly.
Run web application on Apache Tomcat Server 8 or above.
