URLを元に上部メニューのactiveを切り替える。

試行錯誤してみたけど、動かなかった。 refs #11

今気付いたけど、このコードはaタグのclassに対してのdirectiveなのだな。
$scope.$watchでlocationを監視してくれるのかと思ったけど、そうではないのか。

topmenuのaタグに設定することで動くようになった。 #11

でも、最初からある単純にdirectiveを指定しただけだと、最初からあるDOMでしか適用できないようだ。
