On harp init I receive a "Template Not Found" Error

Template not found: https://github.com/harp-boilerplates/default

Not quite sure what I've done wrong here. It's a clean slate but every time I try to install harp, I'm stuck with this error.

It was an issue with my local network. Sorry for not resolving this sooner.
