Noise Threshold Voice Activity Detector plugin uses simple algorithm to decide whether the voice signal is present is audio sample chunk. The average sample value is compared to static noise threshold value, which is defined in plugin settings.
Plugin is loaded into Media Server workspace using Spring Boot framework.
