Sirius Core Wallet v0.4

Please note that if you're upgrading from the previous version, you may have to delete and rebuild the chain. To do this in windows, go to %appdata%\roaming\sirius and remove the blocks, chainstate and statesirius directories and start the Sirius Core wallet.

Changes among many small updates and fixes:

  • Important security fix from Bitcoin: CVE-2018-17144.
  • Finalized cacheutxo fix.
  • Add support for building with boost 1.67.
  • Moved to a coherent versioning scheme.
  • Prepared repository for work on RWPoS and the Cantor testnet to start.
